Fifteen years ago I decided I wanted to become a Realtor Salesperson. I wanted to offer more to my potential clients. I pride myself on being a one-stop-shop Realtor! My services are all inclusive with the commission of the sale. There are no extra or hidden charges for services.


Not only do I provide professional sales advice including advanced sales negotiation skills, I am hands on with cleaning and staging the house myself. It's a multi staging process. I know what buyers are looking for in a home. Staging and cleaning your investment in order to make it appear to be larger is a skill, and is learned through years of research and experience in sales staging. Stage one is repair, replace, and refinish. As a handyman, I am very meticulous and concise. 


I also perform all of the photography for the promotional feature sheets. Thanks to having a spouse that is a professional photographer, I have all the equipment and knowledge necessary to film and edit your virtual tours myself. Shouldn't the Realtor be in charge of producing and directing the virtual tour?


Spending a few days in your home preparing, cleaning, staging, and filming for the sale, allows me to smell, hear, see, and touch everything. This allows me to pinpoint what may need correction and improve the value of your investment.
