First off, thanks to my talented wife Shauna, who happens to be a professional photographer, for teaching me the art of photography for the past 20 years! Photography plays a key role in the image staging.

Stage Two in the staging process is the eye candy or preparing a residence visually for sale in the housing market, as well as photography and filming. A staged home entices buyers with a move in ready look. A staged home will sell faster and for more than a home that isn’t staged. Stage One is cleaning and repair.

Most of my staging techniques are primarily focused on the appearance of the home for sale. They transform the home into a more welcoming environment for potential buyers. My staged homes include art, paintings, lights, plants and area rugs to give the property for sale a more attractive look.

Notice how the photography or images I have taken are clear and bright. Less is more; hard work pays off!
